Arrive Friday ( April 26th, 2024) after 3 pm and depart Saturday (April 27th, 2024) evening. This option includes one night lodging and four meals.
If you will be arriving late Friday evening after dinner, please indicate such on your registration form or let us know a week in advance so that we may coordinate with camp kitchen staff.
NOTE:
Registration is not complete unless accompanied by a signed Code of Conduct form and signed Waiver and Release Form.

Code Of Conduct
The Flint Hills Wisdom Keepers Foundation conducts a Gathering of Native American Elders, as well as other cross-cultural exchange and educational programs, for the benefit of all interested parties. Participation in the organization’s programs is subject to the observance of the organization’s rules and procedures. The activities outlined below are strictly prohibited. All incidents will be immediately investigated by the Board. Any participant who violates this Code of Conduct is subject to dismissal from the program without refund of registration fees.
- Abusive language towards a staff member, volunteer or another participant.
- Possession or use of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs on the premises, or arriving to the program while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Discourtesy or rudeness to a fellow participant, staff member or volunteer.
- Invasion of unassigned space or another’s personal property.
- Verbal, nonverbal or physical harassment of another participant, staff member or volunteer.
- Actual or threatened violence toward any individual or group.
- Conduct endangering the life, safety, health or well-being of others.
- Failing to cooperate with or follow the guidance of a staff member or volunteer.
