Step 1: Download and print the registration form here.
Step 2: You must sign the Code of Conduct & Waiver/Release forms to reserve your spot at the Gathering. Follow the links to complete both forms.
Step 3: A few weeks before the Gathering you will be sent a Welcome Packet with detailed information and instructions, as well as a map to the camp. At the discretion of the Elders, we may also include a questionnaire in your information packet with questions the Elders would like for you to answer in advance of the Gathering.
Please make checks payable to Flint Hills Wisdom Keepers Foundation, and mail your completed registration form and payment, along with both completed/signed Code of Conduct, and Waiver/Release forms to:
