Logistical Information for 2008 Conference Registration

The registration fee for "BLESSINGS OF THE MEDICINE TRAIL" is $345 per person. This fee includes 8 meals and 3 nights lodging. The "BLESSINGS
OF THE MEDICINE TRAIL" event will officially begin at 4 pm on Friday March 28, 2008 -- Registration will be from 4 to 6 pm with supper starting at 6 pm -- and officially ends after breakfast on Monday March 31st. Please mark on registration form whether you are staying for Monday breakfast or if you will be arriving late after supper on Friday, so the camp can plan for those meals. **If you have a valid student ID there will be a $20 discount off the total costs.

REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

EACH REGISTRANT must send a SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM with either FULL PAYMENT (US $345) or DEPOSIT (US $100) by March 1st for the conference -- PLUS if you choose to participate in the drum workshop please send FULL PAYMENT (US $150) or DEPOSIT (US $50), for materials, by March 1st. If you are giving a donation, please include the FULL PAYMENT for the donation amount together with your REGISTRATION/DRUM Workshop DEPOSIT/PAYMENT. They may ALL be combined in one check, if you so choose. Please make checks payable to: Wisdom Keepers 2008.

****Be reminded that SPACE IS LIMITED AND THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES AFTER MARCH 1st, 2008, though you may still find room at the inn for yourself.

**Upon receipt of registration and payment you will soon be sent a confirmation letter with detailed instructions, any changes and a map to the camp. Also included, will be a sheet to mark your preferences for the Elders break out sessions and questions the Elders would like you to answer. **PLEASE NOTE** Because of the energy required for all registrations, $50 of your registration fee will be non-refundable.

If you would like to pay online, please go to the bottom of the page and look at all the options listed for a PayPal payment option and choose the one that fits the payment you plan you choose to do. I have left one payment option as miscellaneous, just in case I missed an option. PayPal payment for all credit cards is available and completely safe, as no confidential information is passed on. **Please know that all information given to us is strictly for the use of this conference only and we do not share your information with anyone else. The information that PayPal passes on to me will be only the top portion of the registration page: including name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email. I ask please that you help me by emailing the rest of the information from the red lettering down, on the registration form, to me at: jstrauss@fhwisdomkeepers.org - If there is another way you would like your name to be printed on your name tag, other than the way it's listed on your credit card, or a prefered phone number that you would like for me to use, add that to you email, also. Actually, send your name in the email no matter, so that I know who the information goes with.

Payment Options:
Payments for the top 4 have totals in them and when you click the Pay Now button you will be taken to a PayPal page with that total on it. Instructions will be on the PayPal page on how to finish your payment. The bottom 6 buttons do not have a total because they involve a possible donation, though the amount involving the conference and drum workshop are listed in the description. Once you are at the PayPal page you will fill in the amount of the conference/drum workshop plus the donation and follow the instructions on the PayPal page.
