This year we have gone back to the 3 day/night stay - coming in on Friday afternoon and leaving either Sunday evening or Monday morning .

** We are offering the 1 Day Pass to the Gathering again -
1-Day Pass:
You may come for your choice of one day - either Saturday or Sunday at the cost of $100, which includes 3 meals but no lodging. Please indicate your choice of day to attend the Gathering when registering. See below registration info and the form for more information on what the general full day schedules include.

** If you really need a special bed (ie. lower bunk), let us know in advance.

We reserve the large cabin across from the dining hall for the ELDERS ONLY, to protect their privacy.

2012 Gathering Registration

Friday, April 27 to Monday, April 30, 2012

The registration fee for the Wisdom Keepers Gathering is listed below. The regular weekend cost will include a 3 day/3 night stay for a cost of $320 per person. This weekend stay includes 8 meals and 3 nights lodging and officially ends after breakfast on Monday, April 30th. The 3 day/2night weekend stay will end Sunday eve, April 29th, and will cost $290. Please mark on your registration form whether you are staying for Monday breakfast or if you will be arriving late after supper on Friday, so the camp can plan for those meals. **If you have a valid student ID there will be a $25 discount off the total costs for the weekend options or $15 discount off the 1-Day Pass.

REGISTRATION IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

EACH REGISTRANT must send a SEPARATE REGISTRATION FORM with either: FULL PAYMENT (US $320 or $290) or DEPOSIT (US $100) or For 1-Day Pass (US $100).

Please send registration as soon as possible (for decision making) for the Gathering. Registration deadline is April 8, 2012. Please email or phone Diane Barker if you plan on attending.

If you are giving a donation, please include the FULL PAYMENT for the DONATION amount together with your REGISTRATION - DEPOSIT - FULL PAYMENT. They may ALL be combined in one check, if you so choose.

**Upon receipt of registration and payment you will soon be sent a confirmation letter with detailed instructions, any changes and a map to the camp. Also included, will be a sheet to mark your preferences for the "Spending time with the Elders" along with a couple of questions the Elders would like you to answer. **PLEASE NOTE** Because of the energy and costs required for all registrations, $50 of your registration fee will be non-refundable.
